“Car park is huge with plenty of available spaces, and also within walking distance to the terminal if the weather is decent. If it’s raining though, you may be waiting some time for an airport bus as we didn’t see a single one on both outbound and inbound journeys. People standing at the car park stops actually joined us in walking, so must have been fed up with waiting. Car park spaces are also too narrow especially considering you need space to open your car door, unless you have gull wing doors, and need to move luggage as well.”
“Have used car park 5 before at birmingham airport a few times and have found it very easy to book online and easy to get to also, we like it because it is a short walk into the airport and no need for a bus, also i had to change the arrival time after i booked because of the waiting time with security and this was an early morning flight, i rang the week before and actually spoke to a person , which is unheard of these days and the young man altered the time for me immediately, so very impressed, saved me going on to my booking and faffing about, highly recommend, thank you”
“We've used this car park for the last 3 years and it's perfect for us. Location is great, easy to find and you can walk to the departure area really easily. Price wise it is generally comparable to the off site car parks which makes it great value. Make sure you make a note of where you've parked though - each row is lettered. I tend to take a photo too!”
“We have used car park 5 on numerous occasions and have not had any reason for complaint. Due to the security problem's at Birmingham airport we had to rearrange our arrival time at the carpark, this was achieved very easily on line.”
