“We parked there for a long weekend
Our flight was delayed so our booking was booked till 4pm but we got there at the barrier at about 7.30
It wouldn't let us out so we called security who said they couldn't find our booking and that we were in the wrong car park (which we wasnt). We then had to pay £8.50 to leave so we clearly were not in the wrong car park as I'm sure it would have been more than that for over 3 days parking.
We told her the flight was delayed but she kept saying that she couldn't find our booking and that we had to pay to get out. She insisted we had booked airpark and not ncp (even though the receipt/booking on my phone wasn't airparks)
I probably wouldn't use this parking again. Found them very unhelpful when we were tired and desperate to get home.”
“I used to always book carpark 5 for all my holidays but have found the price has nearly doubled. My week's stay cost £119 which is really expensive. I don't like using uber or booking a taxi but will have to in future. Even booking way in advance doesn't bring down the price.”
“Good option for long stay at BHX. It's a 5 minute walk to the terminal and much of that is under cover. Easy entrance and exit, all done with numberplate recognition.”
