“So convenient getting to Car park 5, and then a very short walk to Departures.
Used it for holidays the last few days.
Is getting a bit pricey now though I think.”
“I arrived back at Birmingham airport late on 30th August. I have a walking stick with mobility difficulties and was with my adult daughter and 11 year old grandson.
We told the driver we wanted C6, but she did not seem interested. After driving around the carpark she opened the doors for us to get off. We again stated we were looking for C6 and she pointed up a hill and said ' you will have to walk back up there". Not polite or helpful.
After a long day and late flight with 6 cases, and a walking stick, we were not impressed.
However, carpark 5 worked well with automatic barriers to get in and out. Close to airport and secure. Competitive prices, quick and easy to book online.”
“Great experience. Easy to get to off the Motorway, well signposted. Found space close to the terminal so walked the 5-10 mins. No problems with entry or exit. Highly recommend.”
“Conveniently located within 5 minutes brisk walk of the terminal, but it is huge so remembering where you parked 2 weeks earlier can be a challenge! All admin was digital so just drive in, holiday and drive out - very easy.”
