“We arrived back after a funeral we had fully paid barrier would not let us out. Asked for assistance only to be told the wanted another £170 pounds on top of the £130 we had already paid in advance. The assistant told us you should have exited at 1pm on the day I had documents in my hand saying we had till 23.00 pm to exit.We are frequent flyers and will not use or recommend this place to anyone”
“Pros: Near to airport - walking distance if able, but bus if not.
Cons: Can spend ages looking for a space
Improvements: Our return was delayed by 24 hours, so had hefty excess to pay on our return. Would have been nice to have a reduced cost when 10 days had already been paid for.”
