“As previously Car Park 5 at Birmingham Airport on arrival ANPR barrier worked fine but, no system is available for car parking spaces on arrival therefore, I had quite a drive around the car park to find a space. This could have affected out check in.
Hassle free parking could be vastly improved if when booking is made you are then allocated a space/No thus allowing a much easier stress free time management to check in.
Usual problems on pick up also and exit the park owing to some vehicles blocking exit barriers as ANPR did not seem to work on exit for some vehicles.”
“Very disappointed with the extremely poor service I received from the automatic number plate recognition system that wouldn't lift the barrier to exit, pushed the button to be told I had only paid for 5 days and needed to pay a late return charge for the 2 extra days even though I had the email in front of me saying I had book 8 days, I appreciate that it was 12.35 and I had requested a midnight departure, but the fact that your bus drove off from the station outside the airport without me so had to wait for the next and being disabled and struggling to walk from the stop back to my car, then not being able to access my car because the cars next to me we're to close to my car because I couldn't find a disabled space that you state you have plenty of is beside the point. Extremely disappointed and won't use again.”
“Easy access to the main terminal and about 5-10 mins walk away. If you need to catch the bus they run around every 10-15 mins (Car Park 4&5 buses).
ANPR barrier/ticketless entry. The only negative thing is that airport parking costs so much!”
