“Only problem we have had is that the barrier did not raise up on our arrival. This has happened to us twice now. We take a ticket to get in and then the Machine want us to pay again when we leave the car park. Once we press the talk button and explain the barrier is raised. Just a small problem but frustrating at 4 am !”
“Never had an issue with APH but always parked off-site. Decided to use car park 5 this time. Nightmare getting out and then the barrier wouldnt raise when the ticket was scanned a queue of cars behind us all getting very grumpy including the Jet2 rep......so her customer service stops when she's on the ground. Eventually someone answered and raised the barrier after checking some details. Will only use off airport parking nexttime. what a nightmare just what you dont need”
“The car park is just a short walk from the terminal but if you have luggage you are probably better off using the frequent free shuttle bus which stops a matter of yards from the terminal entrance. There are several pick up bus stops close to where you park. If the ANPR doesn't recognise your number plate and the barrier does not activate one issue you need to be aware of when arriving or leaving and it's dark is that it's difficult to see the button for the communication buzzer. Make sure you have your paperwork and booking reference number handy as you will need this to gain entry when using the buzzer to gain entry.”
“The car recognise system did not work. No one there to help leaving us to buzz a ca line and wait 15 mins before and after hoilday for us to be let out. Also small damage where someone has knocked my car. I will not be using this car park again”
“Booking was easy the spaces are small buses were frequent. Had an issue getting out of the car park, were told we owe £143 when we'd pre paid and had difficulty contacting customer service. You should consider highlighting the call button. Guy on the other end was rude and condescending”
