“Whilst there is nothing wrong with the car park as such, the arrival and departure procedure from these car parks when booking through APH is not the best. We are used to number plate recognition granting entry and exit, but this system seems to require pressing the button and queueing for an operator to be granted entry/exit.”
“easy to find, a short walk to the terminal or bus every 15 minutes, even at 3 am from the terminal. Disabled parking spaces could be signposted better as the spaces in carpark 5 were all taken and it was until later that we saw disabled spaces in a joint area for carpark4/5. Although we had pre-booked our parking the barrier would not open at entry or departure and we had to call Customer Services, both times, to raise the barrier. Quick response to calls and no queue behind as at the barrier.”

“Regular free shuttles to and from the airport. Pleasant drivers happy to assist with our wheelchair needs. Stopped near bus stop 5 in car park 5. If you can get a spot near a bus stop then that helps if like me you had a wheelchair, 2 children and 4 cases. We managed just fine on what could be a stressful journey to and from the airport”
“Not very clear when leaving airport building where to pick shuttle bus up from.
Leaving car park 5 at the end of our stay, registration number wasn’t recognised so had to mess around in pressing button on machine to talk to someone. Don’t know why that was, that’s why I only gave it a 3 star.”
