“My car broke down a day before I was going on holiday and I explained this so wasn’t able to take the car that was registered to park the company wouldn’t give me a refund or let my change the vehicle registration so I could use a different vehicle we lost £120.”
“**Disappointed Experience with Parking**
I recently booked a week-long holiday and was really looking forward to my trip. Unfortunately, my experience with the parking situation left me quite disappointed. Upon my arrival, I found myself having to park on the 6th floor, which was already a bit frustrating.
When I finally exited the car park(27th June), I was unhappy to discover that I had unknowingly selected a midnight time for the day before instead of my actual arrival day. I truly believe that choosing midnight on the day of arrival should have been the appropriate option. As a result, despite having prepaid £160 for the week, I was hit with an extra charge of £65 for another day to leave the car park.
My strong recommendation is to avoid booking online and ensure you speak with someone directly before finalising your reservation. It could save you from a lot of hassle!”
