“Very close to terminal, only 5 minutes walking time, ample parking at my time of arrival, only issue ANPR system did not recognise my vehicle, so had to contact staff through talk button, who took my details and issued a ticket to exit on my return and also no place to park luggage trolleys on each floor, was parked on 6th floor so had to bring luggage trolley all the way back down to ground level.”
“Everything went fine until it came to leave; at gone midnight we did not expect to experience any problems, especially not being asked to pay £448.00, to exit the car park after having paid the due amount upfront. Not ideal. Having said that staff we helpful when I made a mess of the original booking.”
“The Car Park is close enough to the terminal and the entry / exit system should make life easy. Unfortunately on my way in and out the system did not work. Speaking to the assistant was almost impossible due to ambient news. However bottom line is that we got in and out in a reasonable time.”
“For 2nd time ticket would not let me out of car park despite having pre-paid for parking. 2nd visit on 2nd April actually said I owed £580. Finally got through to someone on intercom and after lengthy talk, agreed to let me out. Only 2 lanes open so frustrating for other motorists trying to exit car park. I expect better from NCP, but accept it is not the fault of APH.”
