“Pre booked space. ANPR didn't work on entry or exit. Had to call operator - took a couple of minutes to answer which felt like ages when you're trying to get in with other cars waiting behind you - they checked my details & let me in/out. Signage in car park is poor and spaces are very narrow.”
“Airport Car Park 1 is best for location to walking to the terminal building and is safe and secure for a short/medium stay.
Previously it has worked really well with a quick barcode scan as you enter and leave all pre-paid couldn't be easier. My most recent trip though the barcode 'was not recognised' on the way in and the scanner wasn't working on the way out so not quite as simple.”

“All fine but numberplate not recognised when came in. Rang buzzer on barrier but man using circular saw on paving meant couldn’t hear anything so had to take ticket. Staff sorted it on exit”
“Very convenient. The only difficulty I had was when the barrier didn't open when I inserted the ticket even though I had prepaid and was exiting within the period paid for. The exit barrier wanted me to pay over £500. I had to call 'help' to get out.”
