“I did not receive a ticket as advised on arrival. I spoke to someone who advised the take a ticket and throw it away. Upon departure the barrier did not go up and I had to call for further assistance. Thanks.”
“Returned Wednesday evening got to barrier ok but machine said I owed £449 pounds when I had all ready paid held every body up at the barrier could not talk to anybody as workmen were using very loud machinery it was very embarrassing, this is the second time this as happens I thought you used number plate recognition as this happened this time last year wasn’t very pleased as you can imagine wait to hear from you .”
“Prepaid parking, on arrival the barrier didn't lift, supposed to recognise number plate which had been correctly submitted when I prepaid . This was the same with all barriers, as demonstrated by other cars having what appeared to be the same issue. Had to swipe credit card (again). Also pressed button to speak to somebody, no audible response. Barrier lifted after credit card swipe. On return, again barrier didn't lift (after inserting ticket) and requested a £168 payment. Managed to speak to a person and after some pained discussion person lifted barrier. All this caused delay and stress. Not impressed at all”
