“Good location, shuttle bus ready and waiting when we arrived, however, had a 20 minute wait for return. Staff friendly even at 5.00 am when we showed up.”
“The parking was fine and very straightforward catching the shuttle bus.
We do prefer APH Manchester as the driver helps with luggage but this is the only criticism.
Drop off right outside terminal and didn't need to wait for the bus at all as there was one waiting on our return.”
“The car park is only 5-10 minutes from the airport I was expecting the buses to be a bit more frequent as we waited for almost 30 minutes to be taken to the airport. Although short run it felt like a long wait. I would look at other parking options before paying more for this service.”
“The check in should have been quicker and automated by scanning the bar code. Instead there was one guy checking in everyone one at a time and talking to each car so we were queuing for about 15mins before being able to park.
Bus to and from the airport terminal was fine.”
