“It was a little tricky to find due to the postcode covering a large area but when we searched priemer inn it was easy, when we arrived it was quick and easy to book in bus there waiting, prices were good when booking. Highly recommended. Staff friendly”
“Disappointed after previous good experience. On arrival no staff at entrance to book anyone in we were 3rd in queue and waited 10 minutes before anyone arrived. On way back no bus arrived for over 30 minutes causing massive crush and undue stress for everyone trying to squeeze on. Poor and not worth the cost clearly need more staff”
“Hard to find in the middle of the night and the signs are vertically none existent the staff on arrival was rude and obnoxious as he stated the sat nav post code is incorrect, but after that the transfer was smooth and the driver was pleasant and professional.”
