“Easy to find carpark (opposite the Premier Inn). Well laid out for parking. Basically, not too cramped. Shuttle Bus service to and from the airport was frequent. No problems what so ever. Highly recommend”

Quick service and shuttle bus was there waiting. Only negative was that car park is very dusty and on gravel so car is now filthy but wouldn’t put me off using again.”
“Very efficiently run and very convenient for Birmingham Airport. Only negative comment is that the return bus states that a yellow ticket is needed, but we and many others had been issued with a white ticket. This did cause some confusion.”
