“Very easy to locate opposite the Premier Inn Hotel.
All staff were friendly and informative upon arrival. Easy to find our parking space, but the carpark can be a little tight in places to reverse into your space so take your time when manoeuvring, but the spaces themselves are a generous size and easy to get luggage out of.
The buses ran on time, were clean and comfortable and the drivers were friendly.
Would highly recommend and will book again the next time we fly from Birmingham.”

“Everything worked as it should. Our return flight suffered a significant delay but this was handled perfectly by the staff.
Transfer slightly longer than stated (in zero traffic) but still quick.
Slightly tricky to spot from Bickenhill Parkway, had to go round the roundabout twice. Maybe a sign would help?”
