“Met by staff at the gate and parked close by. Bus was already there. Took a matter of minutes. Quality of the car park itself was far better than I expected. Wouldn't hesitate to use again. Return journey pick up was equally as straight forward. Every member of staff we encountered were super friendly.”
“Great service, although the chap on the gate going into the car park did speak really fast so we had to ask him to repeat directions/instructions but we still couldn’t catch it all so we did end up
parking in the wrong spot.
However, the bus driver kindly advised us so we didn’t go to the wrong car park place on the return journey!”
“Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, was met by a very friendly man at 4am on my arrival day and the driver who collected us from the airport was really friendly and helpful. I had lost my return ticket which had caused me some anxiety which he was only to happy to say that’s no problem at all, he took my reg and said that’s perfect. I couldn’t have asked for better service. The car park itself is what you would expect, plenty of space between cars and nice bus stops dotter around the car park so you don’t have to walk far to catch the shuttle bus. Will definitely use again”
“The parking spaces are on the small size..can be difficult for larger cars to use. There are no disabled only parking spaces either-at least there wasn’t when I asked the staff member on the barrier..was told to park as close to the entrance as I could, to save my (disabled) wife ha to walk far from the bus stop. Can this be addressed please? Apart from that everything was all good. Thank you.”
“Very seamless process with quick collection buses to and from the airport. Only criticism is it could have had a more prominent APH sign and the rough gravel floor hard to wheel suitcases over so if you can unload cases at the bus stop and then park up.”
“Nightmare getting to the car park due to all the HS2 works blocking off roads etc. Parking spaces extremely tight and it took me ages to manoeuvre the car out on returning. Bus pick up on return not easy to find and we had to wait ages for the correct shuttle bus to turn up”
