“The confirmation email stated to call ahead to request a blue badge space. I did and was told it would be allocated on arrival. On arrival I was made to feel like a nuisance for even requesting it and told all spaces are same size. I said then I need an end bay and was told these were for priority only. In the end a helpful member of staff told me that I would have to park where I was given and if I couldn't get into my car on return then they would reverse it out for me. I had no choice but to accept”
“Efficient service. Short transfer with minimum wait. My only comment for improvement would be smoother surfacing on the area where cars are parked as not the easiest to pull along a heavy wheeled suitcase.”
“Just escellent, professioonal welcoming staff, straight forward drop off and collection, regular bus to airport, perfect. Was difficult to find with SAT NAV but that's the sat nav's issue, found it on google maps in end.”
“Great service but you took some finding initially- would help if there was a mention of APH on the signage at gateway like you do on the bus which I followed to find you. Staff were friendly and accommodating and nice short transfer time - well done”

My only comments are:
Add a hyperlink to the carpark location, it would be sooo much easier for customers to click and go.
Don't have APH all over the emails when the carpark is called 'Short Run' it's very confusing when arriving within the early hours.”
