“Trying to find APH Birmingham was so difficult,as the post code is for such a large area. Also with the road works for HS2. When you are driving on strange roads in the dark. Trying to read road signs to see where you are. Once we arrived at aph Birmingham our experience improved,the member of staff who was on duty at 3am was so friendly and helpful. Taking our bags and putting them on the bus. So jolly and happy at that time of the morning! I 'm afraid I didn't get his name! I hope if I use this parking again I will find it easier!”
“The man on the gate was very grumpy kept yelling us the car park isn’t ‘APH’ our parking was over some really big rocks and cobble was really difficult with a baby in a pram a toddler and the cases, we had to do a lot of journeys to carry it all over which was very stressful. You’d think for families with young children there could be easier parking spaces”
“Great service when you arrive. Everything fully explained. Didn't wait long from a shuttle bus and the driver got out to help with luggage for an older lady who was struggling in the rain. Easy on returning too and wasn't charged for being 30 mins late due to plane delay. I will use again. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it was very difficult to find. Sat Nav took me to the NEC. Then the main airport. Had to ask 4 people before I got help. More signs would be recommended to avoid this.”
