APH on your website please put a map and stating where it is located. Post code that you provided doesn’t get customer to the correct location . Avoid Birmingham Airport for parking…what a nightmare!!!!”
“Everything went well for drop off but the return bus had Short Run on the front along with ‘yellow Tickets Only’ my ticket was white so I didn’t get on. I tried phoning the telephone number but there was no option to be put through to the carpark. When the next bus came with ‘Shortrun’ it still said ‘yellow tickets only’. This time I asked and the driver said ‘yes this is the right bus’. This delayed me by 30mins and was very annoying.”
