“Photos and description sold me a concrete parking path with flood lights and cameras. Arrived and got told to part far away from the concrete area onto rough stones rubble area. No cameras or lights. Really disappointed. Only gave positive points as car was okay.”
“Ridiculously priced to say what the distance is from the airport, no problems checking in and getting a space, just nearly £200 for a space is a bit steep.”
“Has to have been the friendliest welcome to a car park we've ever had!
The bus waited for us as they'd seen us arrive and on the return, despite the 1st bus being full, we only had to wait 15 mins for the next one.
Great service”
“Difficult site to find. Open air parking. Large sprawling site. Unsurfaced parking areas. Short run to airport. Fairly quick arrival for pickup on return.”
“The whole world knows that the UK is gripped with a cost of living crisis. The whole world knows that the UK is one of the most expensive places in the world to live. The whole world knows that the UK has issues with flight disruption and chaos at airports. So imagine my dismay when I booked train tickets to Birmingham International Airport, only for a train strike to be called. Thankfully the trainline refunded me. So I had to book parking space at Birmingham Airport at a hefty price for a place on gravel. Imagine my further dismay when my flight was cancelled on the morning of the actual flight before I had even arrived at the airport! Then to add insult to injury, APH tell me I can't have a refund. Seriously. What did I do so wrong that meant I couldn't have a refund? Their lame excuse was they have to pay the hotel. Well guess what, had I not booked, they would still have had to pay the hotel. At a time when everyone in the country is hurting, I would have thought the least they could do was refund me. Show some decency for heaven's sake.”
“Well organised, no hassle at all from dropping off the car to our return. Staff working on Fri 24th June went out their way to welcome my 5 year old son, letting him beep the bus horn which he still talks about now. Thank you!”
