“The signs for this were awful and our Sat Nav couldn't find it either. When we arrived it wasn't actually an APH car park it was something else. We were asked to upgrade for £10 but we'd already paid over £80 for 6 days so I thought this was an absolute cheek! We were then told to drive to a person who would direct us to park but no one was there so we just parked ourselves. It was on white gravelly stone so dragging a suitcase over it was hard work and actually wrecked my brand new suitcase. Our bus was a minibus and we fit on like sardines. I had to get off the bus to ask when we were leaving as we'd sat there over 10 minutes. On the return journey it had been raining so the white gravelly stone had turned into muddy pools. I wouldn't book here again - nearly the worst experience of airport parking I've had.”
“As it sats, a short run to airport. Polite staff, reasonable wait for pick ups.
Just too expensive, stops it being 5 stars. A nice big sign and arrow pointing left outside on the approach would help, especially when it's dark.”
“Very easy to park , bus was waiting to take us to airport and on return even though 3 am bus was waiting to take us back , the only issue we had was the directions to get to the car park haven’t been amended to take account of a new road and the post code doesn't take you to the location”
“Quick transport to drop off pick up from airport however sat nav details was to the holiday inn at the back of the car park so had to phone for directions.
Car park was secure but ground is very uneven and difficult to pull the cases to the bus stop especially in the wet weather as there was puddles to manoeuvre around . We would use again but would drop case of at the entrance while my husband parks.”
