“It was a little difficult to find your parking as the postcode brought us to a Holiday Inn, and road works were very confusing, but we found it in the end. The busman couldn't tell exactly where we needed to park, it was "park here, park over there, don't park here, you can't park here", so, in the end, being wound up we parked our car just anywhere. The main thing is, we found our car when we returned, so parking at your site was good. Thank you.”
“Very rude man met us by just standing in the middle of the entrance. I advised I had reserved a disabled parking space to be told “we’ve only just opened and don’t have them here” I tried to say I had sent a text and Aldi called the night before to be told one was reserved, he was very abrupt and wouldn’t listen. I tried to explain I needed space to get out of the car, his response “told you we don’t have them”.
Bus trip to the airport good and fast.
Trip back from the airport was in a tiny mini bus so lots of people left waiting. The driver was very apologetic and got us to the car park very quickly.
I would consider using you again but was very disappointed about the disabled parking situation. The guy kept saying “you don’t book through us, it’s another agency” I think he thought passing the responsibility was somehow a professional approach…no it is not!”
“Nice quick and speedy transfer from short park to airport. So much better than the old Hams Hall car park.
Only reason why I didn't give 5* is lack of(told by attendents on site at the gate, that there were none) blue badge parking spaces as my wife is a Blue Badge holder. But on this occasion, the bus picked us up where we had parked the car.”

“It took ages to find it as the post code dumped us at the Holiday Inn and the Google maps route was blocked by railings....maybe some large signs on the main road would help and the post code for Premier Inn??”
“Brilliant service from APH Birmingham short run parking..we had an early morning flight so it was still dark when we got to the car park .. a bus was waiting for us .. parked up ..straight on to bus to airport literally 5 mins .. no hanging about .. same coming back .. will definitely use again and tell my family and friends”
