“Great location, 5 minutes away from the airport. Worth the extra couple of quid to the standard APH parking.
Staff were helpful and the service was efficient, there was a bus waiting when we left the airport at 3:00am.
Would definitely use this car park again.”
“Hard to find (HS2 seems to cause all sorts of diversions around that area) but attendants very helpful. Felt confident car was in safe hands whilst we were away. Came back to a flat battery and again help was on hand and we were away after a very short. Would be 5 stars except for difficulty finding the car park.”
“We waited no more than 5 minutes for the shuttle bus to take us on the 5 minute drive to the airport.
The road-surface in the car park was good and the provision of public toilet facilities was a good touch
The return journey included a perfectly manageable 15 minute wait for the bus.
All in all an excellent service with only one area of difficulty: the directions from the M5 provided on the website and in documentation, were incomplete and insufficiently detailed. The service would be fault-free if there were a complete set of directions, possibly including landmarks.”
“The car park is very close to the airport, about 5 minutes on the shuttle bus which runs regularly and drops you directly outside the airport departures building. There was some confusion on return as the airport bus stop serves several car park shuttle buses going to different locations. Our driver did not make it clear which car park he was going to so check carefully which bus you get on. Otherwise, a good service.”
