“Very simple drop-off and parking close to the M42, short bus ride to the departure area of the terminal. Very efficient and friendly staff. Pick up was quick and easy, only waiting a few minutes for a bus. It is self park and you retain your keys. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star review was that the parking area is compacted aggregate not tarmac.”
“Obnoxious staff at the gate on arrival (Paul) poor instructions(we are not mind readers!) would rather have paid a little more at alternative parking to get better service to start our holidays.”
