“Immediately when driving in, the man on the cabin was unwelcoming standing in front of the car and looking unwelcoming. Came to window and lacked customer skills to greet. Looked thoroughly disinterested in everything. Not really helpful in explaining or just being pleasant.
On return waited at the bust stop. People had been waiting 20 mins for a bus before us. Bus turned up for a longer run car park. People who had been waiting asked how long for short run bus. He didn’t know but to be fair as the bus was half empty he allowed us all to get on as he was driving by. At least someone with some brains in the organization.”
“Excellent Service and Location. Easy to find using the instructions given. Fast and Frequent transfers, didn't wait more than 5 minutes to leave from car park to airport, and when landed there was a transfer bus waiting at the stop so can't complain at all. Would definitely use again and recommend.”
“Excellent parking facility just 5 mins from airport. Easy check-in only problem was sat nav kept taking us to a hotel but they must be used to it as they had printed directions from there to car park”
“Getting there...
Absolutely no signage visible from the main road. Sat nav postcode only gets you to the rough area even using mainstream ones like Apple Maps. Written directions are adequate but not great.
Security...
Not even remotely secure. Only slightly above a supermarket car park as they have a person on the gate.
Bus transfer...
Described as "on demand" when booking but in reality, it's every 10 minutes or so. Drivers could perhaps slow down a little when they have people standing?”
