“I found this a good parking option. Met at the gate and given good instructions where to park. Car park was ok. Shuttle bus was good, seemed regular and just a 10 min ride away.
Biggest problem was the directions to the park which we didn't find very clear coming up the M42 from the South.”
“Unfortunatly our flight was cancelled while we were in the airport so we only used the car park for about three hours, but we found the car park very difficult to find with all the new roads being made,i think i will stick to one that we can find next time.”
“We were told to phone when we got to Stop A on our return which we did but no one answered the phone
We waited 10 -15 minutes, still no bus
Phoned again, this time someone answered and said the bus would be with us in 10 minutes
15-20 minutes later a bus arrived but one of the other passengers hadn’t got their ticket so it took another 10 minutes for the driver to decide whether to let them on or not

“Man at reception and bus drivers very courteous. We were lucky to get a parking spot on the hard standing area. On our return our bus drove through the gravel type area first. I think people must struggle pulling their cases over this stoney area. It also looked uneven in places and I wonder if rainwater lies in some areas which would be a real problem if you had to park in these places. Unfortunately I will not be using this park again because I may not be so lucky next time to get a hard standing place. A shame because my experience this time was good.

“Excellent service, transport was efficient and quick when arriving at the car park and when being picked up from the airport. Will definitely use again”
“Excellent service but be aware of possible diversions near to the parking site due to HS2 construction. However this is a minor inconvenience. Met at the entrance by staff member who directed me to parking space. Transfer bus was already waiting. Transfer takes approximately 10 mins. Dropped off at departures. On return had to wait about 10 mins for Transfer back to car park. Everything went perfectly. Great service.”
“Terrible car park,roadworks and closures everywhere making directions and map useless.Satnav worked to a point,found it eventually. Road surface unsuitable for pulling cases,drivers DIDN'T help with cases as stated.Needless to say I will not be using this car park again.”
