“Staff were polite and helpful, easy to park. The directions from M42N were incorrect and confusing. One direction sign off M42 roundabout didn’t exist. Could be made simpler.”

“All of the staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. The car park is easy to find and well lit. The bus transfers were quick and straightforward, you just have to make sure you get the right APH bus on arrival (there are two but the driver will tell you if you’re on the wrong one).”
“On the positive side - on the morning we were due to travel the car booked in would not start therefore we had to use a different vehicle. We telephoned Short Run, got straight through to speak to someone (2 am!!) who said it would not be a problem - and it wasn’t.
On the negative side - the arrangements for the bus taking people back to the car park after their time away needs reviewing.
The reason for saying we would use the company again is due to the close proximity - not the experience of getting the bus back to the car park!”
