“The post code issued takes you to a hotel, the staff at the hotel guided me to the car park once on site the staff were very good and guided me to a space (No driving around looking for a space). The bus was already on site and stayed until I boarded. On my return, the bus was only a 5-minute wait.”
“Once we found this place (signage isn’t great) it was easy to park and get the shuttle bus to the terminal. This place is very close to the airport, it only took about 4 minutes in the bus and they are really organised: they give you a little yellow ticket when you’ve parked which you need to give to the driver on your way back, this means they’ll drop you off literally in the same place they picked you up so less chance of ‘losing’ your car!”
“Getting to the Birmingham Short Run parking was confusing, better instructions would be helpful. Apart from this the staff were very helpful and were able to park near the pick-up station with the disabled badge. The drivers was also very polite and didn't need to wait long for the bus to arrive both ways”
“All the staff including the bus drivers were very helpful & friendly. Wasn't the easiest of places to find. Better signage might have helped. The parking space offered to me was extremely tight but still managed to just get in. Witnessed some other customers having to abandon their original offerings and they had to park else where on site. Would use again.”
“We will use APH Birmingham Short Run again. We parked up the evening before our flight and stayed at the Ibis airport hotel. The car park for just 5 minutes away and shuttle buses regular. Parking was very easy.”
“The Sat nav doesn’t take you to the car park, which I appreciate the paperwork states however when you don’t know the area, it’s a little difficult.
The carpark it’s self is rough, full of pot holes, filled with water and generally not the best ground to either walk on or try and pull cases across, which is expected as it’s an airport car park.
Not somewhere I will use again, sorry.”
“With road works etc taking place it was a little difficult to find (sat nav did not allow for road works). More bay parking areas required as the allotted space was barely wide enough for us to park in due to cars on both sides leaving a big gap between themselves and car parked on the opposite side of them. I, the passenger had to get out of the car with the luggage before my husband reversed into the "space" otherwise I would not have been able to get out! Also the stone surface is very difficult to pull luggage over, concrete would be much better. Bus stops also seem to be far apart. For the price I expect more convenient parking. Previously always used Hams Hall site which always gave a very good quality service.”
