“The drop off made me feel like I’d done something wrong by booking through APH telling me it’s airparks and all the information I had printed from APH was wrong including the bus on demand. We were given a small yellow ticket and told if we didn’t show this we wouldn’t be allowed back on the return bus.
Return bus we waited over 30 mins and ourselves and other passengers had rung to chase. We the had to wait for everyone to find their tickets (thankfully we had ours) as the drive was adamant no one was getting on without one. When you arrive back at midnight and face a 1:45 drive home. You really don’t want to be waiting this long to get to your car”
