“The directions to APH short run were less than clear. The post code supplied took us to the holiday inn where we met other confused traveler’s. Eventually we were given directions to head for the premier inn where we found the location. Perhaps the supplied post code needs reviewing. The car park was fine. No problems with transfer to or from the airport”
“After waiting half hour for bus to turn up at airport , a a little mini van arrived with nowhere to store cases so had to put them on our lap .
Very uncomfortable journey and not what we paid for!”
“Confusing return bus service. Need to remember small paper ticket your given (unclear why they just couldn’t use booking confirmation). Long wait for return bus (>30mins).”
“It was all very simple to park and get the bus. We were given a yellow sticker to keep for our return. My only criticism would be that we had to wait for a long time for the return bus to come during which time another bus had been and come back. Otherwise very straightforward and would use again.”
