“Long delay, we was waiting about 45mins to get the space. Very rude man at the barriers We almost missed the flight. Very stressed situation. Not recommended at all.”
“Long queue to book in as only 1 person checking in. Bus driver offered no help with cases although he could see we were struggling and my friend with a disability was having trouble with her breathing, apparently he had a bad back and not his job , he was also quite rude when I had a bag by my feet muttering bags go on the rack. Not the best experience”
“We were instantly greeted and shown where we would need to park and where to get the bus and given a ticket, it was explained what we would need to do on return. The bus driver on the way out was somewhat reckless causing my
suitcase that was stood on the bottom tier to fall out of the racks and landed in the isle (this lost APH a star). On return a different driver presenter as much more competent. Easy service to use.”
“Accidentally arrived at the wrong car park but quickly resolved as staff directed us to short run. Buses running frequently but would have be nice to have a timetable and clear information on return journey as multiple buses stopped at the same place but overall easy and efficient.”
