“Instructions were great and car park felt safe, however the return bus didn't arrive for at least 25 mins despite numerous calls from me and promises from A PH that a bus was due any minute. So the claim of bus every five mins is untrue”
“The directions to the site were easy to followand we arrivedfrom Hereford in good time.
The staff we encountered on arrival were very helpful and helped us with our bags
{ we are both octogenerians } onto the coach for the short ride to the airport.
The pickup was also efficient and we arrived back at our vehicle soon after

“I have not used APH short run before, but the timings of the buses and the distance, would defined make me use again, I got home a good half an hour early because of it and also avoided traffic queues location as avoided M42 and M6. My return flight was cancelled and I also did not incur an additional charge due to being 8 hours over my scheduled return time.”
