“Only thing stopping the 5th star was the directions/location. The directions given were not clear if you don’t know the area and because the roads have been changed the sat nav was useless. Check in easy, location was 5/10 min transfer and bus waiting for us on arrival and at the airport. Seamless in all honestly less 10 mins of mother finding the place. And for the price it was 20/30 cheaper than alternatives. Will use again”
“Great straight forward car park, will definitely use this one again, as you pull in lock up your car and take your keys, we used a different car park last time and had to hand in keys, when we got back the car had been moved. This is far the best car park and short journey on the bus that was waiting, to the airport entrance. Thankyou.”
“The man on entry at the arrival was rude and blunt. Apparently short run is not APH, both car drivers were confronted with this when trying to enter the car park area. Also I hadn’t put the registration number of both cars onto the booking, (the booking said that was fine and it would be noted down on our arrival). The rude man, quite aggressively said it was a good job he was there, manning it, as if it was an automatic car recognition entry, we wouldn’t be able to get in and have to park elsewhere!!
It really wasn’t a very pleasant experience, especially at the beginning of our holiday! He also confused us by saying it was not APH, nothing to do with them!!!!”
“Brilliant service- so convenient, really close to the airport and half the price of the meet and greet parking and I got to my car quicker! The bus was at the stop outside the doors of the airport when we got there. They took us straight away even though there was nobody else on the bus.
Would highly recommend. I used Tesco club add vouchers too so it was even less expensive”
