The postcode dident exist with sat nav directions wasn't satisfactory with the carpark assistant said you should have gone to premier inn, that information wasn't on our paper work when we downloaded. The assistant was sharp spoken with my husband. We have used the aph many times but we shall not be at that carpark ever again.

The car park was conveniently located and offered affordable rates. Finding parking was a breeze, and the shuttle bus to and from the hotel was prompt and efficient. I'll definitely be booking again and recommending it to others.

Very easy process to book online. Good information received about how to get there and what to expect on arrival. Staff friendly and hepful. Easy to get on bus to airport and return journey just as easy. Would highly recommend this service and will be using it again.

I must say, in a time when customer service seems to be failing, it was refreshing how pleasant APH staff were to us. From a ‘morning sir’, to the bus driver dropping us exactly where our car was. I don’t need to be called sir, but the effort they put in was nice, it was also so close to the airport!

The man working upon arrival was very rude. I asked about blue badge spaces/ wheelchair friendly spaces as I couldn’t get in contact with them days before. The man working told me that “everyone has a blue badge these days so we can’t give priority parking to anyone. But you should have called 24 hours before to let us know ”. All we needed was a space that had plenty of room to get a wheelchair out and get my partner in the wheelchair (this would be difficult in a ‘normal’ space). I told the man we tried called 4 times the day before which he replied “well our phones were down yesterday”. So he had a go at me..but it wasn’t my fault ? Whilst getting on the bus it was quite difficult getting the wheelchair on. There was 2 members of staff and the bus driver watching me struggle, no one asked if they could help me. I had to ask after feeling rather embarrassed.

When we arrived the bus driver didn't even say hello, we are about to start our holiday and it put a negative on it right at the start, it doesn't take much to be polite! The bus driver on our return journey was lovely and very helpful
