Transfer to the airport
The postcode that is sent with the email does not take you to the car park. I travelled from Stoke on Trent down the M6 we had to use the toll road as the M6 was shut during the night. The directions are not that simple to follow and I had to ring. I was not the only person who got lost following the postcode. The postcode is to the Holiday Inn about a mile away from the car park which is near the Premier Inn. Ideally needs signage once on the industrial estate where the car park is. The bus to and from the airport was very timely and getting off the car park back in the M6 on our return was quick and easy.

Would use again . Every thing went smooth . On return the bus started to leave but the driver spotted us trying to get through a queue for another bus and stopped. Some would of seen you and kept going .

My 4th time booking here. All went well, inclduding no extra payment when our return flight was delayed.

The directions to find the car park need to be updated. The surrounding roads have changed completely and the directions made no sense at all!

We were met by a complete jobsworth who was very keen to tell us that they weren’t APH and were providing a service for APH who had “sold up in the pandemic”. Then we were told we were the cause of BHX’s current problems because we’d turned up early - this after we’d said we’d had to rebook that day from Manchester because of the power failure chaos. Then he took great delight in saying the computer hadn’t updated our booking (of course it had). When we got back we joined a massive queue for the bus transfer which was chaos. Never booking this again.
