“Not what it said it was! I booked this on the APH Bham Short Run site for 3 people, printed everything and expected a quick turn round at 4am. Handed my voucher to your very grumpy barrier operative and was told that's no good to me mate we're nothing to do with APH. Then told me I had 2 travellers booked. I showed him the paperwork from APH which showed 3 as booked. Eventually got in but driver didn't help with luggage and we had to wait 20 minutes before we left. Not what we expected, won't recommend or use again”
“Met at entrance with clear directions to park. Bus parked up for about 15 mins but quick transfer to airport. They do say on the website that staff will help with luggage but this service wasn’t offered. On the whole really well organised and would definitely use again.”
“Great service! upon my return I realised I had left my window open for my 4 days parking here.. however a dust sheet had been placed over my vehicle to protect it which I was so grateful for! Quick bus route to the airport and friendly staff on site to aid you.”
