“The directions to the car park did not take you there, one of the roads it says to go on doesn’t exist, because of this I had to follow the directions to the holiday inn and figure it out from there, which isn’t great whilst driving and it being 4am. Once there or once at a airport car park that’s not called APH nor does it say APH anywhere and asking a worker if it was the correct place they confirmed it was and is in partnership with APH, but on arriving it looks like you’re at the wrong car park . Just not great at all, it’s not cheap to park but also not cheap to get a taxi to the airport but will definitely be getting taxis from now on”
“Did not have to wait too long for bus and journey time was under 10 mins.Would consider this again rather than car park 5 which could be unpleasant if caught in a downpour as well as being more expensive.”

“Great polite service. Good price. Told which zone to park in. Only a few steps to bus stop. Bus arrived within 5 mins for the short journey to airport. Dropped off right outside Departures.
Picked up within 5/10 mins of arrival at same bus stop for the return.
A few people seemed to be saying they had difficulty finding the car park. Could it be possible to include signage alongside the Premier Inn sign on the Holiday Inn Express island and at the next left turn to the car park?”
“Very close to the airport, shuttles were regular and parking easy to navigate.
We did have trouble finding it, even with the directions given. The attendant even thought we were in the wrong place, but got it sorted fairly quickly.”
