“After landing back at Birmingham Airport ahead of schedule, I was looking forward to getting home. After being locked in a corridor on route to the exit, I then arrived at the designated bus stop boarding the right bus to be told that it had broken down so would have to wait for a new one to be sent. 25 mins approx later the replacement bus arrived to take me to my car. Not the best experience!”
“It’ worked ok but note the car parking is on rough ground so if you have a pull along suitcase you can’t. When it’s wet it’s gets muddy as well with many puddles.”
“Initially we had difficulty in finding the car park but this was due to road works being carried out and it not a reflection on the Company. If you are travelling in the next few weeks I would suggest leaving a little more time than you have planned on.
From the moment we came into contact with the first member of staff we were treated with friendliness, kindness and efficiency. Car parking spaces were of a good size and instructions on where to park were so straightforward.
The buses to the airport are frequent and driver most helpful.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend leaving your car here and we will definitely be using APH Birmingham Short Run in the future.”
