The transfer was good.
I was having difficulty finding the location of the car park. I got lost but eventually found it as I saw a very small sign around the last roundabout before the car park.”

“The ease for parking at APH Birmingham was great and made our arrival at the airport less stressful. We had our details checked as we arrived and were signposted to where we should park. There was quite a wait for the shuttle bus to take us to the airport but it was ok. We were a little disappointed on our return from holiday though. We had to wait a considerable amount of time for the shuttle bus to take us to the car park (which isn’t helpful after a long flight and in the early hours of the morning). When we arrived at the car park we weren’t sure whether to get off at the entrance when the driver stopped or whether he would drive us around, most people were confused. Then, we were just able to drive out of the car park!! NOBODY checked to see if we were the owners of the vehicle…how do you know if it has been stolen?! This has caused us some concern for future visits but we hope that this was just an error. I’d like to think that cars are checked usually as we are paying for our car to be safe with you.”
