“Excellent place to park. I got lost initially as the sat nav took me towards the holiday inn. Others did similar I think so just read the instructions given better than I did!! Parking easy, transfer coach helpful and easy on the return too. Would highly recommend.”
“The transfer took a while but had plenty of space and was on time. It was easy to locate the bus back. The staff could be a bit more friendlier and did not place our 2 vehicles near each other even though we booked together. They put pressure on us to get the first bus even though we were waiting on others in our party which one was disabled which we did explain that is why we wanted to wait to travel together but their reply was that it was nearly lunch time and it gets busy. We waited and the bus was fine getting to the airport.”
“Inconsiderate parkers made it very difficult to get in and out of parking spaces on the red car park, it looked much better on the green as the rows seemed wider.”
“Fabulous parking, just briefly what happens and our experience with APH. We arrived slightly early and it wasn’t a bother. Greeted at the gate, you confirm your details and receive a ticket with the area you should park. At the entrance the a bus waiting to take you to the airport. Plenty of seats and decent area to put your luggage. It was literally 5 minute transfer to the airport! The drop off is the the same a the pick up bus stop ( bus stop A)
On return we only waited a couple of minutes there was a queue but we all got on, the bus driver very pleasant & smiley considering it was 2am. Again 5 minutes back to the car park and once you’ve returned to your car you just leave. There is 24/7 security and even a dog unit when we return loads of cameras so very reassuring when leaving your vehicle there. Would 100% do it again and will recommend to our friends and family. Easy transfer out. Fining the bus back could have better directions. Would book again many thanks
