“Was very straight forward even at 4am. Drove to the barrier where we were greeted by a member of staff given our bus ticket for the return journey. Directed us where to park and which bus stop to walk to, the bus was already there waiting. Got to the terminal swiftly. The return journey was the same waited for the bus less than 10 minutes and was dropped near our parking zone. Will definitely book again.”
“Used for the second time this year at a different time of the day. Not impressed. Last time and on details on website we were of the impression there were plenty of toilets available and told these were sited all over the car park, I asked this time as we entered and was told only facility was at entrance so parked to use before heading as directed and unload to board bus to airport. Quite clearly could see blocks labelled as toilets around site but in middle of night last time these were locked and this time staff completely denied their existence! Wait for bus was unnervingly long but short trip so was not delayed. On return bus driver saw my partner approaching but drove off. Card says to phone number to announce arrival but number is completely automated and only options for site directions or in case of delay. Coach arrived with yellow tickets only on front but my white sticker on blue card was classed as a machine printing error?? Glad to return to car and get off site without further issue. Certain to pay for any other option in future which is disappointing to write as had many successful uses from Airparks and APH in the past from various airport locations.”
