“On arrival met by a man who was queried our booking. We had booked online through APH and we were told the systems were not compatible and our booking was incorrect. After a while of him supposedly checking he let us in but said we might have to pay more because we would be back in the early hours. We had paid for the extra night.
The journey to the airport was fine and the pick up was fine.
If not for the perceived problem when we arrived would have given five stars.”
