“Very easy to use once we found the car park (sat nav takes you to wrong place)
Quick service and shuttle bus was there waiting. Only negative was that car park is very dusty and on gravel so car is now filthy but wouldn’t put me off using again.”
“Very efficiently run and very convenient for Birmingham Airport. Only negative comment is that the return bus states that a yellow ticket is needed, but we and many others had been issued with a white ticket. This did cause some confusion.”
“Rang aph after collecting luggage was told would be a few mins , went to bus stop 5 buses came and wouldn’t accept our ticket rang back several time and not answered by aph staff, eventually next bus driver after an hour of waiting scanned my ticket and told us we had been given wrong one and allowed us to board , on arrival at aph staff stood outside so not answering phones , very poor service and won’t use again”
“Was easy to find and park but be careful with scams. On morning of arrival I received a text advising to go to a different location. Called short run team who confirmed booking location was still correct.”
