“Excellent service; friendly staff at gate and for the shuttle Bus journey to and from the car park to the Airport : one suggestion - how about liaising with the next door Premier Inn - so that those staying overnight prior to an early next day flight can park straight away in APH , (saving having to park/pay within Premier Inn and then re-parking into APH 300 yds away) - then access and take the shuttle Bus to the Airport in the morning !”

“The location instructions were clear on the website which made the car park easy to find. All of the personnel from the gate to the bus driver were very polite and helpful. The spaces were clearly laid out with plenty of room which made it easy to park and unload.”

Was easy and transfer to airport was smooth. Driver did not offer to help with bags which was disappointing as not my previous experience using APH. Staff were also not great as I appeared an inconvenience when trying to relocate my car as my ticket was not clear and had faded after two weeks. Overall I would use again and I feel it was ok price for the time I stayed.”
