“Having used APH when I've been away says a lot, but I didn't like going to their new site at Birmingham as the old one was easier to drive to. However, upon getting there, I felt welcomed by staff who were great explaining the process and where to park, they had toilet facilities and vending machines for hot and cold drinks and a heated waiting are whist waiting for the shuttle bus to the airport.”
