“Although about 15mins away from the airport by the APH bus it is easy to get to, parking straightfoward and pickup/drop off eady. Staff very friendly. If you are self parking remember to keep the little white ticket stub. You'll need it to get the correct bus back to the carpark.
Definitely use APH again.”
“I have used APH at many airports and they have always provided a good secure service easy locations to find and near the airport. However although APH mention that they are located 15 minutes from the airport sadly Mackadown Lane, Birmingham, was an extremely difficult location to find even with a Sat Nav, Google maps, Waze and what3words causing anxiety that I would miss my flight having left sufficient time to park, all the above maps did not direct me to the location and I kept going round in circles in a very built up area and lots of diversions on the road which did not help! There are 16 bullet point instructions accompanied with the booking form so you cannot read and drive at the same time which is dangerous especially if you are new to the area and traffic is heavy. Sadly I cannot on this occasion recommend APH Mackadown Lane. Anonymous”
