“The parking was fine as was the greeting. The issue we had was at the car park the attendant told us to get any bus from stand A when we arrived home, we did this and it was the wrong bus, that put us back 40 minutes and after being up since 2am, that made me grumpy. Ruined it really as everything else was good”
“Greeted on arrival by a very nice man. He explained how to use self park. Parking was good although a bit tight down the row we chose. Having an estate car made it difficult to park in the space. Buses were good and transfer was quick. Easy to pick up car on return. All in all a good experience!”
“The whole process was very efficient: postcode took us right to the car park, where the member of staff checked us in and directed where to park. The car park looked well kept and secure. We kept the keys and boarded the bus (comes every 25minute) and it took us another max 15minutes to get to the air port. On the way back we showed our ticket to the driver and he took us right back. We will definitely be booking again.”

Return journey on arrival back to birmingham was equally trouble free from the airport to APH park. All completed with a warm welcome.”
