“I'm used to APH Gatwick and had no idea this was a self-parking arrangement. The time delay involved in this is not good from my point of view and therefore I would use others.”
“Easy and quick buses to airport are regular have to wait around a bit for the bus from the airport. Stafg are a bit grumpy not very welcoming. But easy service”
“We were told to go to bus stop A which we did to then be greeted by a very unpleasant rude bus driver when I asked him if this was the bus going back to our car park, the 1st bus driver parked in the wrong bus stop and didn’t bother to tell us that he was in fact in the wrong bus stop and just left without us, at this point of waiting we walked to get a taxi because it was so cold at night, the taxi driver assured us that the bus wouldn’t be long and that he would only charge us more money to which at this point the bus had pulled up, the first bus driver should have gotten out of the bus and asked the people for their tickets and told us which bus to take if this had clearly changed since we were given the ticket in the first place and told to stand in bus stop A!!”
