“Staff at car park should not patronise clients. Staff member we met obviously deals with lots of people who expect to leave keys. My husband opened drivers door on arrival and was abruptly told to close it. When he started to remove house keys (to leave in car) he was told twice there was no need to take keys off. We knew we self parked & took keys. He needs some better people skills. In addition driver on bus on return was also abrupt & basically miserable. A very different experience to APH Manchester where Staff are cheery”

Buses run regularly even in March.
Drop off and pick up at the same bus stop at the airport just outside departures.”
