“Really quick and welcoming checking in on arrival. Directed to where to park, provided with ticket for and advised where to catch the bus transfer to / from the airport. There were several suitable parking spots available, which were easy to find. Both bus drivers for the transfer to / from the airport were very friendly. The transfers to / from the airport were smooth and without incident. Can’t fault anything and will definitely use again.”
“First time using Birmingham APH, I've used Manchester APH previously. Reassuring to see the same great service and helpful staff. I didn't use the waiting area as it was too hot in there. It would be good to have air conditioning/fans in there”
