“Good parking surface. Facilities good. Transfers can be long because of the waits, we had to wait over 30 mins to the airport.Return transfer was long too because we had to sit on the hot bus a long time.”
“The service was excellent my wife has a mobility issue the driver and the car park staff were very helpful,the journey to the airport was very good but the journey back to the car park was excellent the driver and a member of staff helped to load our luggage onto the bus and also helped my wife to get on the bus,when we arrived at the car park the staff helped us to get off the bus helped with the luggage went and got a chair for my wife while I went to get the car let me park right by the office so my wife did not have to walk any distance.”

“This is a well run, secure and good value car park. The large shuttle bus takes you right into Birmingham Airport. We didn't have to wait long for a transfer in both directions. The journey is about 15 minutes. The staff we encountered were helpful and friendly.”
