“Easy to check in and park. Bit of a wait for the bus as one had just left. On the way back luckily there is a bus shelter as it was raining and another short wait. On return easy to find my car and exit the car park.”
“Good service again from APH, check in and parking car quick & easy, transfer again straight onto shuttle and to airport.
Was only disappointed with pick up on arrival back at Birmingham, had to wait quite a while (45minutes) till shuttle came, weather was cold and had started to rain, 3 buses came for blue tickets but not white tickets. Another customer phoned APH in the end to see if a shuttle was coming to pick us all up, not experienced this delay before but won’t put me off using APH.”
“Arrived at the car park easily, checked in swiftly and parked the car . Bus was there in 5 minutes to take us to airport. Very efficient. Way back we did have to wait for the bus for nearly 20 minutes , that was only the negative bit as it was cold and windy .”
