“Transfer buses run every 25mins, far too infrequent. I seem to remember it was 15mins at Hams Hall site.
Stood outside airport departure bus stands in freezing temperatures (1degC) being told only blue tickets allowed on this bus ours was white so keep waiting.

“Place is secure, staff on arrival greet you with a friendly attitude. The pick up and drop of drivers are amazing. Greet with a smile, help take luggage on and off.
I flew out with my Husband who could put luggage on, however, upon return my husband had stopped from returning home due to medical illness. Your driver was just amazing nothing was to much for him, even asking if needed help taking to the cars, which I add he asked everyone.”
